You only need 30 minutes 3 times per week to get fantastic weight loss results. It’s a scientifically proven, time-saving fitness program that will help you reach your goals faster than any other exercise routine.
Why only train for 30 minutes?
It’s all you really need.
In the past, you were happy with a one hour workout. But now, life is busier and time is more precious than ever before. You don’t have hours to spare in the day to spend on exercise-and that’s fine! Provided you follow simple tips on how to structure your sessions to get the most out of it you will get amazing results.
How do you only train for 30 minutes and get a good workout in?
You want to include a general warm-up like some walking or cross-trainer for 5 minutes to increase your core temperature. Then you want to focus on full body training sessions. Each session should include one movement for chest, back, legs (glutes quads and hamstrings) shoulders, upper back/rear shoulders, and if you have some spare time, core such as planks.
You also want to pair the exercises in a specific way.
Instead of completing a set of squats and fiddling with your phone, you want to pair non competing muscle groups.
Meaning once you have finished your set of squats, take a short break and then perform an upper body exercise like pulldowns or chest press. Alternate this way for a total of 3 sets.
This way, while your lower body is resting you are training your upper body and visa versa.
Sample Workout:
This style of training would flow throughout the entire session.
Here is a very simple yet effective workout plan below:
Squats paired with Pulldowns x 3 sets
Hamstring curls paired with Lateral Raises x 3 sets
Shoulder Press pairs with Seated Abductor x 3 sets
Plank x 3 sets
